Shipping Policy

OVERVIEW

These shipping policies contain terms and conditions in regard to standard shipping, freight shipping, local pick-up, combined shipping, and estimated lead times. These policies govern shipping for the sales of all products on this site. These policies do not govern shipping policies for returned items. Please review our return policy for return shipping information.
If you would like an item shipped using a different method than the one provided in the auction please contact us before completing a purchase. We want to work with you to help minimize shipping costs and satisfy your needs as our customer.
Please note that orders will not ship until all product, tax, and shipping expenses are paid in full.

UPS AND USPS SHIPPING

All shipping is paid by the buyer. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.All items under 150 lbs are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) depending on the item. UPS and USPS shipping prices are based upon standard shipping costs. There will be no refunds for refused shipments. Any returned shipments will be paid for by you the buyer. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We do not ship internationally. If special shipping services are needed please contact us prior to purchasing/bidding on the item.

FREIGHT

All shipping costs are paid by the buyer. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Items over UPS and USPS weight and size restrictions will be sent via freight. You the buyer are responsible for the freight charge, unloading freight and/or picking up freight at terminal if possible. There will be no refunds for refused shipments. Any returned shipments will be paid for by the buyer. If special shipping services are needed please contact us prior to purchasing the item. We will work with you in trying to find the most cost effective way of shipping.
If freight is being shipped to a residential location additional fees will apply. Depending on the residential location we may not be able to supply freight services direct to the destination and shipments may be required to be picked up at the shipping terminal. Customers are responsible for providing their own unloading equipment. Liftgate services are available through the freight carrier at an additional fee.
Any Item shipped via freight cannot be purchased until at least one email has been exchanged between us and you the buyer. We require verbal or email confirmation of the freight address, phone number, hours of operation and the price you the buyer will be paying to have the item freighted.
All freight estimates supplied by we are created based off standard freight services unless otherwise noted. Additional charges may be applied after shipping is complete if non-standard services are required to complete freight shipments. Non-standard freight services include but is not limited to, arrival notification, appointments, lift gate services, hazardous material, residential/non-commercial delivery, self storage delivery, construction site delivery, mine/ski location delivery, over length article fees and food grade protection.
You the buyer have the option to use your own freight carrier for orders requiring freight shipping services. If you wish to have the item shipped using your own freight carrier you must provide the name of the carrier as well as the collect number.
We will not be held responsible for any items damaged during pick-up or shipping when the buyer arranges pick-up or shipping of an order. We will also not be held responsible for any items lost or not delivered when the buyer arranges pick-up or shipping of an order.

LEAD TIME & DROP SHIPPING

Delivery of drop shipped items vary as they are new items that ship direct from different manufacturing facilities. It may take longer to fabricate and ship these products.
Typical lead time is 4-6 working weeks. It is intended to be used as a guide in gauging lead time and does not precisely forecast said lead time. Lead times may vary and is determined by a variety of factors. Please contact us for product availability and more precise lead time information.
If ordering a quantity greater than one, lead time may increase.

LOCAL PICK-UP

If the item being purchased is labeled as “Local pick-up only” we will not ship the item. You the buyer must make all arrangements to pick-up the item from our location. You the buyer are responsible for all costs associated with picking up the item.

COMBINED SHIPPING

We offer combined shipping to help minimize shipping costs. Due to the size of the items being sold, to accurately calculate shipping, combined shipping cost will be determined on a case by case basis. If you the buyer are purchasing more than one item from the same location and request combined shipping please allow us to send an updated invoice with the new accurate shipping information before you send payment.
You will receive an updated invoice the day of the purchases as long as the purchases are made before 3:00 pm EST. If the purchases are made past this time you will receive an updated invoice the following day. If purchases are made on a weekend or holiday you will receive an updated invoice the next following business day.

COMBINED SHIPPING

We offer combined shipping to help minimize shipping costs. HOLDING COSTS

We may hold/delay shipments or deliveries until the necessary invoices have been paid in whole; as we has no obligation to perform any service or release goods until payment has been made.
Shipments may also be held/delayed at the buyers request for up to 5 days after the original scheduled shipment date free of charge.
For any reason the shipment is held/delayed past these 5 days you the buyer will be responsible for any reasonable holding costs in its entirety incurred by us.
