Cancellation and Return Policy

OVERVIEW

Our return policy is for a length of thirty (30) days after the item has been received by you the buyer. We will NOT accept anything after the thirty (30) days once the item has been received without prior written approval.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. The order must also be returned in the original packaging.
The buyer will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for any returned item(s). The buyer may also be subject to a 25% restocking fee for any returned item(s).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and it will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Sale items may be refunded for the sale price at which the item was purchased.

USED ITEMS

All items being offered “Used”, “As Is” or “History Unknown” have no written, implied or expressed warranty nor other guarantee as to their condition for use. Unless otherwise stated, the condition of the items being sold (or their fitness for any use/purpose) is unknown. These items may not come in the original packaging. Our return policy does not cover these items.
Items that are listed as “parts only” and/or “not working” are sold as is and no returns will be accepted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

RETURN SHIPPING

Before returning a product please email us. Different items we sell are returned to different vendors with different addresses. Once we receive an email regarding returned shipping, we will send you information about the return including the appropriate return shipping address. If you, the buyer, ship a returned item to the incorrect address you may be responsible for additional shipping charges so that the item reaches the correct destination.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive a returned item we will not be able to issue a refund for said item.

CANCELLATIONS

If it becomes necessary for you the buyer to cancel part of an order or an order in its entirety, you must advise us in writing. Upon receipt of such written notice all work on the cancelled part(s) will stop immediately.
If the order entails only stock items, a flat restocking charge of up to 25% of the buyers price of all cancelled items will become due and payable by the buyer to us. The total restocking fee will be determined by us.
Items purchased specifically for the cancelled order shall be charged for in accordance with the cancellation charges of our supplier plus 15% for handling at facilities. The cost of material and/or labor expended in general fabrication for the order shall be charged for on the basis of total costs to us up to the time of cancellation plus 15%.
